The studio is unique in the way it combines Yoga and Pilates. We do not offer drop in classes at the studio preferring to work with clients who wish to progress and deepen their fitness level and practice. All of our teachers are fully certified and maintain their professional certification by taking continuing education courses in their field every year. As teachers we can only help you achieve this by designing progressive classes which build on previous sessions, this requires great work and dedication on everyone's part.
